21 DAYS OF YOGA

I began practicing yoga 20+ years ago and I remember feeling all of the above.

Even now I have trouble getting on my mat at times.

I have realized over the years that I don’t have to do an hour long practice to feel good.

I do short sequences, a few poses, some breath work and/or savasana, and it totally changes my body/mind.


So I created two 21 day programs…

The first 21 day program is …

In this program, I teach you the foundational poses and how to do them correctly. It is a great place to begin if you have never done yoga before or you desire to go back to the basics. We repeat poses so that you can truly embody them. You will develop a deep connection and understanding of your body and the foundational Asanas. The program consists of 21 videos over 21 days. Each week builds on each other in a very structured way. The videos range from 5-15 minutes.

It is a stand alone course meaning all the modules are recorded and you have them forever.


The second 21 day program is…

In this program I go through the 5 zones of the body, The Pelvis, The Feet and Legs, The Head, Neck, and Shoulders, The Core, and The Breath. You will learn how to work with these zones in your yoga practice. It is a great sequel to “The Foundations” because it helps you understand your body at an even deeper level. And it is great preparation for the more intensive course, “Yoga For Back Care”. The program consists of 21 videos over 21 days. Each week is built on the previous week in a very structured way. There are also a few flow sessions as well as Meditative Savasana’s. The videos range from 5-15 minutes.
