Yoga.

Yoga is self-healing tool to help you become aware of your body and mind. There are several aspects to the practice (8 limbs) and each is a form of meditation that brings you closer to the truest you.

In these sessions, I will be guiding you through three of the limbs, asana, meditation and pranayama or breath work.

Yoga for back care online course

The Yoga For Back Care Online Course is an all-inclusive course where we really deep dive into Anatomy, Alignment, and The Poses that really help the back and body feel better. If you have pain in your body, this is the course for you. I give you many sequences that you can do at home and I break them down into different areas. So if you have low back pain, you will learn which poses and sequences will help you. If you have upper back pain or neck pain or hip pain, you will learn which poses and sequences are helpful for those areas. I teach you how to listen to your body and use your breath to connect your mind and body communication. I have taken hundreds of students through this course. It is a phenomenal Yoga Course that you can re-visit multiple times and I add to it regularly.

21 Day Yoga Program - The Foundations

I have two 21 Day Yoga Programs. Both are exceptional for getting you on your mat and practicing daily.

The first 21 Day Program is called “The Foundations”, which means that I teach you the foundational poses and how to do them correctly. It is a great place to begin if you have never done yoga before or you desire to go back to the basics. We repeat poses so that you can truly embody them. You will develop a deep connection and understanding of your body and the foundational Asanas. The program consists of 21 videos over 21 days. Each week builds on each other in a very structured way. The videos range from 5-15 minutes.

21 Day Yoga Program - The Zones

The second 21 Day Program is called “The Zones”. In this program I go through the 5 zones of the body, The Pelvis, The Feet and Legs, The Head, Neck, and Shoulders, The Core, and The Breath. You will learn how to work with these zones in your yoga practice. It is a great sequel to “The Foundations” because it helps you understand your body at an even deeper level. And it is great preparation for the more intensive course, “Yoga For Back Care”. The program consists of 21 videos over 21 days. Each week is built on the previous week in a very structured way. There are also a few flow sessions built in as well as Meditative Savasana. The videos range from 5-15 minutes.

THEMED YOGA/MEDITATION PACKAGE

This is a package of recorded yoga videos and meditations. Each yoga practice and meditation has a theme so they go together but of course you can do them as you wish. These are wonderful if you want to deepen into themes like desire, balance, and truth. When you practice with a theme you begin to understand how to embody it or become it. There are a total of 6 yoga asana practices and 6 meditations. The yoga practices are 20-35 minutes in length. The meditations range from 9-13 minutes. They will be delivered right to your inbox.
