Anything worth having takes time

Deeper confidence, deeper alignment, more peace in your life takes time and practice. Devotion to practice leads to embodiment of just about anything you want.

If you want to embody peace you have to look at where there is chaos within.

If you want to embody confidence you must become aware of where you hold yourself back.

If you want to embody alignment you have to become aware of the ways you sabotage your own intuition.

The ancient practice of yoga is a guidance system to help you feel liberated and free from the constraints of your mind.

From the obstructions that keep you from embodying what you desire.

It is a path of honoring both your joy and your pain, both your love and your hate. It honors all of it.

This is exactly where your freedom lies, in the spectrum of your human experience.

I have been in daily study and practice for 322 days straight. I am embodying more confidence, more alignment, more joy, and more love.

In celebration of my devotion and this beautiful ancient practice, I’m delighted to announce, The 8 Limbs.

A dive into the ancient practices of Yoga over the course of 9 months because....

Anything worth having takes time

The 8 limbs is the entirety of the practice of yoga. They are all considered yoga and they all are designed to clear the obstructions and energetic blocks that are in the way of knowing your truest most aligned self. In this way, you become more and more aware of yourself and more and more in love with who you are.

You develop your superpowers, your wisdom. You become magnetic and full of vitality. Your unique gifts take the stage.

You step out into the world with the confidence and the alignment to be yourself and allow your gifts to be shown to the world.

Each month I will guide you through a limb beginning with the 1st one, the Yamas - the practices that help you to relate to and interact with the world around you.

I see the first two Limbs as the container, the guidelines to keep the life force energy maintained so you know what to do with the energy as it awakens within you.

The 3rd and 4th activate your life force energy. So this is the connection. You plug into the source and it activates.

The 5th through the 8th allow you to experience it, it is the meditative part of the practice. The part which teaches you to observe what is happening so that you become it.

The 5th serves as the foundation, the 6th is the focus, the 7th is the state of mind, and the 8th is the actual experience of it all.

    The Logistics:

  • We meet virtually in group (1) once per month for 9 months.

  • You receive at-home journaling + contemplation + practice after each session.

  • The live sessions are Mondays at 5:00 pm PST/ 8:00 pm EST.

  • The first session is July 10th, 2023

  • Every session is recorded.

  • Each session is up to 120 minutes.

  • This is a practice as well as learning circle. Each circle may contain a practice, a teaching, Q/A and/or group sharing.

  • Your personal investment is $888 paid in full or $111 paid monthly for 9 months.
