Ceremonies as Memory Touchstones
Ceremonies carve moments into our hearts, creating markers we can return to in times of joy, transition, or confusion. They remind us of who we are, where we’ve been, and where we are going. They are pauses in the rhythm of life, sacred spaces to honor our journeys, set intentions, and connect with something greater.
From ancient traditions to modern gatherings, ceremonies ground us in presence and purpose. They aren’t just a ritual, they are a transformational experience designed to help you align with your deepest self and step forward with clarity and strength.
We still honor many ceremonies in modern lives: weddings, funerals, baptisms, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, and graduations, to name a few. These moments anchor us and help us celebrate or grieve significant transitions.
Yet, there are many ceremonies that we don’t often consider but deserve to be embraced
These rituals are equally transformative and carry profound meaning:
Anniversary Ceremonies: Celebrating love, growth, and commitment in relationships through intentional rituals that go beyond a dinner date.
Mama Blessings: Holding sacred space for mothers-to-be, focusing on empowerment, connection, and community instead of commercialized showers.
Perimenopause and Menopause Ceremonies: Honoring the wisdom, transition, and power of entering a powerful new life stage for women.
Menstrual Ceremonies: Reclaiming and celebrating the cycles of menstruation as a sacred rite of passage and connection to nature’s rhythms.
Seasonal and Birthday Ceremonies: Acknowledging the changing of seasons and trips around the sun as times for reflection, intention-setting, and gratitude.
By bringing these ceremonies into our lives, we create opportunities to pause, reflect, and honor’s life’s rich tapestry of experiences.
If you’re feeling called to mark a significant moment, transition, or journey with a ceremony, I’d be honored to guide and hold space for you.
Whether it’s a personal milestone, a community gathering, or a sacred life transition, I bring intention, presence, and deep care to every ceremony I lead.
Let’s co-create a meaningful and transformative experience together.

“If you want to deepen your partner relationship, Shauna is an incredible guide and a ceremonial goddess! We approached her with an idea and, through her inspired creativity and wisdom, she designed and led us through the MOST special, meaningful 10th anniversary recommitment ceremony we could have asked for. Shauna is thoughtful and passionate, always seeking to fully understand her clients’ uniqueness as individuals and as couples before doing the magical work we all need more of in our [love] lives. We are so grateful for the gift of our recommitment experience and highly recommend to other couples seeking a similar connection experience.” .

Welcome home. I’m Shauna.
I’m an embodiment expert + certified Women’s Empowerment Coach here to help you live a life you truly love.
I teach powerful and courageous women the importance of true acceptance and connection to the self and to others. As your coach, I’ll show you that a thriving work and family life – real happiness – begins with steady introspection.
I’ll stand beside you and allow you to be YOU. Through our work together, we will honor your life with all of its colors, and propel you into honest communication with yourself + others.
Think of our work together like spilling out your purse on the kitchen table. We’re going to sift through that big messy pile, get rid of all the scraps of receipts and crumbs, put back the things that are already working, and pick up the individual pieces that need to be changed. Nothing goes back into the bag that doesn’t serve you in creating the life of your dreams.
In this hectic life, it’s easy to forget who you are and what you are meant for. My job is to walk beside you and help you remember.
