Conscious eating naturally creates a healthy and conscious lifestyle. Yet, in this fast-paced world, we have a tendency to cook fast and eat fast so we can move onto the next thing. Many of us don’t even shop for our food anymore, missing the intimate connection with what we nourish ourselves with.

I know that resetting how you choose, honor, cook, and consume your food will profoundly uplift your body, mind, and soul.

My Food Journey

I was born with severe food allergies and could only tolerate bananas, rice, and goat’s milk during the first two years of my life. As I grew older, I struggled with digestion and skin issues. In my late 20’s, I took my health into my own hands and began a journey of healing through food. I studied nutrition in the Ayurvedic tradition, attended cooking classes, and completely transformed my well-being.

For 15 years, I was a vegetarian, often experimenting with veganism. Now, I listen closely to my body’s wisdom, sometimes going without meat for extended periods. Through this journey, I’ve learned to honor the foods I eat, pay attention to their origins, and align my food with cycles of nature. Every spring, summer, and fall I undertake a full food reset, and this fall, I’m inviting you to join me in this transformative process.

Food is energy. It is an act of prayer to feed your body with the highest quality energy.

What you’ll experience in Food As Prayer

This 10-day experience begins with creating a thoughtful meal plan that will nourish your body and soul. You will spend time shopping for your foods in local grocery stores, farmers markets, and perhaps even your garden. You’ll spend 7 full days connecting deeply with your food and body, preparing nourishing recipes that support your health and well-being.

Throughout this course you will:

  • Ritualize your daily routines by understanding the energy of food and how to fuels and impacts your body.

  • Reconnect with the sacred practice of cooking, honoring the journey from farm to table.

  • Experience the power of conscious eating, as you align with the rhythms of nature and your own body’s needs.

  • Learn about trigger foods and superfoods to tailor your nourishment for optimal health.

  • Be supported by a community that fosters accountability and inspires you to explore new depths in your relationship with food and your body.

Please note: I will not be providing a meal plan or grocery list. Instead, you will be empowered to design your own meal plan, tailored to your unique needs and preferences, as part of the journey. However, I will guide you in understanding trigger foods and superfoods, and we’ll discuss the daily routine and the mindful way in which we’ll approach shopping, cooking and eating throughout the 7 days.

Total Course Time: 10 days. We will begin with a Zoom call on Thursday Sept 5th at 4:00 pm pst/ 7:00 pm est

Prep Time: 3 days to create your meal plan, shop for ingredients, and set intentions

Reset Period: 7 full days of connecting with your food and body by implementing the practices.

Zoom Calls: A live zoom call to kick off the course and one to celebrate.

WhatsApp Group: For sharing daily insights, information, tools and tips. And for inspiring each other!

Daily Commitment: To your food, your body, and your self.

FAQ’s

+ Is this a group program?

Yes it is. I will deliver the material in a group setting. If you cannot be live on the group calls, that is okay, they will all be recorded. There will also be a space for you to share your insights and revelations in community. And be supported by community.

+ Do you give refunds?

This program is an investment into your own growth and well-being. It is also an exchange for the commitment I put forth in this program. Therefore, refunds are not given at this time.

+ How will I access the calls/information?

We meet on Zoom and WhatsApp. It is a combination of these two ways of connecting. You will receive content and information via Zoom and WhatsApp will be our community space.

+ What if I can't make a call?

No problem. All calls will be recorded and you will have access to them within 24 hours. All calls dates/times are subject to change.
