Conscious eating naturally creates a healthy and conscious lifestyle. In this fast-paced world, we have a tendency to cook fast and eat fast so we can move onto the next thing. Many of us don’t even shop for our food anymore, missing the intimate connection with what we nourish ourselves with.
This course is meant to change that narrative.
In this course you will learn to connect deeply with your food, cultivating a sense of reverence. From the moment you sit down to plan your meals, to selecting the freshest ingredients, you’ll be guided to honor each choice you make. As you prepare and cook your meals, you’ll fully immerse yourself in the experience, savoring the vibrant colors, aromas, and textures that nourish you body and spirit.
I know that resetting how you choose, honor, cook, and consume your food will profoundly uplift your body, mind, and soul.

My Food Journey
I was born with severe food allergies and could only tolerate bananas, rice, and goat’s milk during the first two years of my life. I continued to struggle with digestion and skin issues. In my late 20’s, I decided to take the journey of healing through food. I studied nutrition in the Ayurvedic tradition, attended cooking classes, and completely transformed my well-being.
For 15 years, I was a vegetarian, often experimenting with veganism. Now, I listen closely to my body’s wisdom, and have learned what my body can and cannot tolerate. Through this journey, I’ve learned to honor the foods I eat, pay attention to their origins, and align my food with cycles of nature.
Food As Prayer is grounded in my personal practice. A blend of intuitive choices, a connection to the seasonal rhythms, and a deep respect for the nourishment that food provides.
Food is energy. It is an act of prayer to feed your body with the highest quality energy.
What you’ll experience in Food As Prayer
Over the course of 10 days, you’ll experience the powerful intersection of devotion and healing, cultivating a profound connection to your body and the food that sustains it.
This 10-day experience begins with creating a thoughtful meal plan that will nourish your body and soul. You will spend time shopping for your foods in local grocery stores, farmers markets, and perhaps even your garden. You’ll spend 7 full days connecting deeply with your food and body, preparing nourishing recipes that support your health and well-being.
Throughout this course you will:
Intuitively plan your meals.
Listen to your inner wisdom and select foods that resonate with your physical and emotional well-being.
Connect to high-quality ingredients.
Experience the joy of selecting the freshest, most nourishing ingredients at local farmers’ markets, grocery stores, or even your own garden. (This is one of my favorite parts of the process.)
Prepare your food in a sacred way.
Prepare your meals with a mindful practice that honors each ingredient’s journey from nature to table.
Slow down to consciously eat.
Slow down, savor each bite, and truly connect with the energy and healing properties of your food.
Empower yourself to nourish yourself.
Create your own meal plan and be inspired by community. I’ll speak about trigger foods and superfoods, helping you make informed choices.

Please note: I will not be providing a meal plan or grocery list. Instead, you will be empowered to design your own meal plan, tailored to your unique needs and preferences, as part of the journey. However, I will guide you in understanding trigger foods and superfoods, and give you lots of ideas. And we’ll discuss the daily routine and the mindful way in which we’ll approach shopping, cooking and eating throughout the 10 days.

A live zoom call to kick off the course and one to celebrate. All calls will be recorded. You do not have to be live to take the course.
